Chest hair is generally not guaranteed for hair transplant procedures. This means that you may not get the best hair transplantation procedure if hair follicles from your chest are used. They do not have long durability and they do not grow so long as well.

However, depending on the cases, some of the chest hair can be extracted to provide an additional topical effect on the hair transplantation area. This can be done if hair follicles from the back of the head are not enough. Besides, if your hair transplantation procedure is performed with chest hair, the results may not be so natural and you may not see your ethnicity look on your face after the procedure.
